After receiving a law degree from Yale, Norma worked in private law firms, in government, and in the corporate sector. She served as Chair of the Antitrust Section of the NYS Bar Assoc. and the Energy Cmte. of the NYC Bar Assoc., the General Counsel to the Greater NY Regulatory Assoc., and was Executive Editor of its Monthly Update.
Gary Palmucci
Film Curator and General Manager
After a 30+ year career in independent film acquisition and distribution, Gary segued into a new role as film curator and general manager of New Plaza Cinema’s various locations on the upper west side, and now its “virtual cinema.” Gary’s keen eye for film curation has been a significant contributor to the success and growth of NPC.

Shawn Moore has almost two decades of experience working across several industries including financial services health care and other technology delivery businesses. Shawn has had multiple roles in her career, from Product Manager, Senior Product Director, Business Development Director, Sales Manager, Head of Product Management & Product Strategy and as Vice-President of Solutions Management.

Max is a film historian and author who has been delivering multimedia talks on cinema history for over two decades. Max’s books include The Cinéphile’s Guide to the Great Age of Cinema, The Crime Films of Anthony Mann, and a major contribution to Thornton Wilder/New Perspectives.
Marianne Tesler
Head of Development
Marianne has held leadership roles in several international arts and fashion companies including being CEO of Art Partner and CEO and President of Rachel Roy. A native of France, she served as CEO of Givenchy and CEO of Nike France. She is a Board Member of the International House and a consultant for the fashion and entertainment industry.
